Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Cage Shift Supervisor and Main Banker to manage cage operations and perform cash transactions. The role requires supervision of cage staff, adherence to AML and internal controls, and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino setting.

The position combines shift leadership with hands-on cash handling, deposits, payouts, and jackpot-related duties, all in a on-site casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related cash ops experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume cash operations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with the public in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cage operations during shift and ensure security of funds.
• Supervise cage cashiers and maintain a positive work environment.

As Cage Shift Supervisor, responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. As Main Banker, will perform cage cash transaction.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)As Cage Shift Supervisor:Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in cage during designated assignment to include training of cage team members.Must be able to work in a window when necessary.Supervise cage cashiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
