Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest Service ambassador for our casino environment. You will handle monetary transactions, interact with guests, and ensure accurate cash operations in a fast-paced setting.

Primary duties include cash exchanges, credit marker processing, and maintaining compliance with AML regulations while delivering excellent service to guests and team members in a dynamic casino floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in high volume cash operations.
• Must be able to use a Ten Key Adding Machine.
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate well with the public.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exchange cash for casino instruments and vice versa.
• Train and work in Casino Cage banks and windows, including chip, employee, vault banks.
• Pay slots and table game jackpots and process casino credit markers.
• Perform credit card advances and electronic check transactions.
• Comply with AML requirements and regulations.
• Provide excellent service to guests and team members.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
