Tioga Downs in Nichols, NY is seeking a Dual Rate EVS Attendant to lead EVS operations and uphold our high cleanliness and safety standards. This full-time role advances daily responsibilities with hands-on leadership and collaboration across departments.

You will supervise the EVS team, train staff, and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth event setups and break-downs. Excellent organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Step up as a leader by overseeing EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant
• Support and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performance
• Champion safety initiatives to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all areas meet our high standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and more
• Collaborate with other departments to set up and break down special events

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll be moving throughout the facility—standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and staying engaged with your surroundings to ensure everything meets our standards.

You’ll work in a variety of settings, from indoor public areas to occasional outdoor spaces. Expect a lively atmosphere—especially on the gaming floor where energy (and noise) runs high.
