Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks an Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Six Senses Grenada & InterContinental Grenada, leading dual-property strategy, revenue growth, and cross-portfolio collaboration.

The role requires deep luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive strategic plans with Revenue Management and Marketing Communications. Remote-East Coast residency preferred, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
• Experience in managing a remote team(s); dual property experience is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of the Caribbean market and business trends preferred.
• Technical skills include Advanced MS Office and familiarity with various property systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy sales and marketing colleagues for comprehensive coverage of key markets, segments, and customers.
• Develop your team and improve their performance through training, coaching and feedback.
• Lead strategic commercial planning for two resorts with RM and Marketing Communications.
• Monitor sales deployment and performance of the sales team; drive revenue growth.
• Create programming to drive incremental revenues and upsell hotel services and amenities.
