WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DUAL PROPERTY SALES COORDINATOR

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Previous sales experience required


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to organize, plan ahead, and manage workload effectively


• Team player with the ability to work independently


• Ability to travel from employer locations to customer sites


• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs.


• Ability to carry up to 20 lbs.


• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and grip items while working


• Manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment


• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and complete multiple assignments despite interruptions

DAY-TO-DAY

As our Dual Property Sales Coordinator, you'll spend your days creating opportunities and building partnerships that drive success across both properties. You'll prospect and qualify new business through networking, sales outreach, community involvement, and relationship building while responding promptly to inquiries and booking requests. You'll conduct hotel tours, site inspections, and client meetings, helping prospective customers discover the value our properties provide. Throughout the day, you'll prepare proposals, agreements, and correspondence, maintain client contracts and negotiated rates, track market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure client expectations are exceeded before guests even arrive. Your ability to balance sales, service, organization, and communication will help generate revenue, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to an exceptional hospitality experience.
