Greens Operations Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Dual Sales Coordinator to support sales for two hotel properties. You will focus on lead response, prospecting, client follow-up, sales administration, and revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for two properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Hospitality brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads, RFPs, and client inquiries while maintaining response-time standards.
• Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate site tours, client appointments, sales calls, and hotel visits.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and assist with retention and growth.
• Coordinate site tours, client appointments, sales calls, and hotel visits.
• Assist with outside sales calls, networking events, and community activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
• Assist with group bookings, rooming lists, billing coordination, and communication between clients and hotel operations.
• Support the Director of Sales and hotel leadership with sales initiatives, promotions, and business growth.
• Monitor local market activity and identify new accounts and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports and maintain organized sales records for both properties.
• Work with operations to ensure a seamless client experience from booking through arrival.
