Job summary

Nomada is seeking a General Manager to lead River Lodge and Farmhouse. This hands-on role sits on the floor, in the rooms, and in the restaurant, driving daily operations, profitability, and guest experience.

The GM reports to the Director of Operations and will align operations with Nomada brand standards across both properties. Responsibilities span front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, events, and cost control, with emphasis on staff leadership, wage compliance, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel management with operations, staffing and financial performance.
• Experience managing full-service food and beverage operations.
• Experience overseeing group sales, meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations across two properties (River Lodge and Farmhouse).
• Ensure brand standards, guest experience, housekeeping, and front desk operations.
• Oversee restaurant and pool operations, events, and staff training.
• Manage HR tasks including hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor financials, labor costs, and cost controls.
