Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two office locations to ensure efficiency.

• Manage office logistics including supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination.
• Support a positive, engaging office culture and team experience.
• Coordinate office events and cross-location culture-building activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and track basic performance metrics.
• Own inbound sales lead follow-up and ensure proper handoff to sales team.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead data, notes, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve office operations.
