Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an Academic Designer for Dual Literacy TK-8 to plan and develop instructional materials for print and digital products, including textbooks, interactive activities, assessments, and teacher lesson plans.

This is a remote PSW role with an end date of 09/30/2027, open to applicants authorized to work in the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to curriculum standards, manage schedules, and deliver high-quality learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or Hispanic Languages and Literature.
• 2+ years of experience in educational publishing and/or editorial work.
• Experience with digital curriculum development and digital educational products.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing elementary Dual Literacy instructional materials in print and/or digital formats.
• Produce accurate, high-quality materials that meet curriculum standards and reading levels.
• Follow approved workflows and meet intermediate and final schedule dates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market requirements and product goals are met.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills in an Agile environment.
