McGraw Hill is seeking a Senior Academic Designer specializing in Dual Literacy TK-8. The role is remote and open to applicants authorized to work in the United States.

You will develop culturally responsive content, align with state and national standards, and collaborate with Academic Design leadership to implement design solutions on both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in elementary product development, a strong grasp of Spanish Language Arts standards, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education or Spanish Language Arts Education.
• 4–6 years of elementary product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Language Arts standards and the ability to develop robust print and digital learning experiences.
• Experience creating, visualizing, and laying out content across various delivery formats and classroom settings.
• Detail‑oriented writing and editing of digital and print materials; experience with digital curriculum tools and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop culturally responsive content for teacher and student materials across print, digital, and media projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of TK-8 pedagogy and Dual Literacy materials.
• Produce accurate, error‑free products meeting curriculum standards and market requirements.
• Conduct QA testing of print and digital assets in various authoring tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to address project progress and issues.
