Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree is required.
• Licensed to practice in both Arizona and California.
• Experience in Labor and Employment litigation, FEHA and/or PAGA preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research, draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions; counsel clients on employment matters.
• Collaborate with teams and manage client relationships in a dynamic practice.
