White Lodging Services, Inc. in Teaneck, NJ seeks a Full Time Dual Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across two properties—the Homewood Suites Teaneck and Hampton Inn Teaneck.

You will lead the departments, ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, and manage payroll, scheduling, and financials while developing a high-performing team.

Experience in leadership within hospitality is required; brand/ upscale property exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping or hospitality teams; supervisory experience required.
• Brand hotel/upscale property experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and financials.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

In this dual-property housekeeping leadership role, you will ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction standards, manage financials, payroll, and scheduling, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team across both hotels. What You'll Do

• Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments across both properties
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction

• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
