McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Charlotte property at 220 East Trade Street. You will lead the housekeeping team, working with the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager to influence the department’s total operations and uphold ethical leadership when leadership isn’t on duty.
You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, inspect safety measures, and contribute to guest satisfaction, brand quality, budgeting, and labor, while training associates to brand
The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team. You are responsible for maintaining the highest level of ethical leadership, and you are qualified and ready to lead the department when the Executive Housekeeper is not on duty.
