White Lodging is seeking a Dual Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry for the Hampton Inn Teaneck and Homewood Suites Teaneck in Teaneck, NJ. You will drive cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while managing payroll, scheduling, and two-property team development.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership in housekeeping or hospitality, a passion for service, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping or hospitality teams.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Prior leadership at branded or upscale properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping and Laundry across two properties (Hampton Inn Teaneck and Homewood Suites Teaneck).
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety and guest-satisfaction procedures.
• Manage financials, payroll, scheduling, and team development.
• Collaborate with property leadership to maintain brand standards and guest experience.
