Job summary

This executive will be integral in overseeing operational and financial health, community engagement, and quality improvement initiatives across both facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and significant experience in healthcare leadership, prioritizing patient care and enhancing service

Qualifications

7-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
Experience in community hospital or regional health systems.
Previous hospital CEO, COO, or equivalent senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic direction and execution of hospital priorities.
