Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is recruiting a Dual General Manager for the Courtyard Golden/Denver West area. You will oversee operations, drive revenue, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with standards and laws. This role requires strong leadership and guest focus in a high‑volume hospitality environment.

You will direct sales, budgeting, training, and communications with owners, brand partners and staff to deliver exceptional service and solid financial results across both properties.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5–6 years related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; clear communication.
• Ability to handle financial data and understand budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across two hotels, guiding management teams and associates.
• Drive sales plans, budgets, and property improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with guests, ownership, vendors and brand representatives.
• Oversee compliance with brand standards and regulations.
• Conduct weekly meetings, training sessions, and monthly financial reviews.
• Analyze revenues and expenses to inform reforecasts and decisions.
• Mentor managers and maintain a positive, guest-focused environment.
• Manage safety, security, and standard operating procedures.
