Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure high performance and team growth.
• Establish checklists and inspection programs to ensure cleanliness, efficiency and consistency.
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks as needed to support team efforts.
• Monitor and control departmental costs, including labor and supplies.
