The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) is seeking qualified instructors for its Dual Enrollment Program to teach college-level courses to eligible high school students. Courses may be on UTC campus, online, or at participating high schools.

Instructors will deliver rigorous UTC courses, maintain records, and communicate with students and UTC staff. Preference given to those with prior dual enrollment experience and strong instructional skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide official transcripts and CV.
• Experience teaching dual enrollment or college-in-high-school courses preferred.
• Familiarity with UTC course descriptions and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver college-level instruction consistent with UTC course descriptions and standards.
• Teach with academic rigor and expectations of UTC courses.
• Create engaging, inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
• Provide clear expectations, instruction, assessment, and timely feedback.
• Maintain course records, grades, attendance, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with students, university personnel, and school partners.
• Participate in UTC orientation and professional development.
• Comply with UTC policies and SACSCOC expectations.
