Job summary

Atlanta Technical College seeks a Full-Time High School Transition Coordinator to manage dual enrollment transitions from high school to post-secondary CTE pathways. You will track students, meet with DE participants, and coordinate with GA Match and college advisors to facilitate seamless transitions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, plus strong FERPA knowledge and data reporting skills. On-site work at the Main campus is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and two years of related work experience.
• Experience with student information systems and data reporting.
• Knowledge of FERPA guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dual enrollment transitions for high school students enrolled in DE programs.
• Track and monitor DE participants and maintain accurate records.
• Meet with DE students to discuss post-secondary options and career interests.
• Assist with GA Match program connections and college outreach.
• Prepare reports on program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Deliver registration services using BANNER and maintain records.
