Middle Georgia State University is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to oversee its Dual Enrollment program across MGA campuses. You will support recruitment, admissions, enrollment activities, communications, events, and partnerships with high schools, counselors, and university stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, willingness to work some evenings/weekends, and experience with CRM systems. This is a non-exempt, hourly-paid position within the Admissions Operations team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates Dual Enrollment recruitment and enrollment activities with high schools and educational partners.
• Serves as liaison with partner schools to address enrollment needs and coordinate university support.
• Monitors applicants and enrollment activity to identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for increased participation.
• Manages partner-based outreach, recruitment initiatives, and follow-up activities.
• Maintains CRM records and coordinates program logistics.
• Supports program administration and ongoing improvement initiatives.
