Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a part-time Dual Credit Mentor & Academy Coordinator at any Northwood Tech campus (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, or Superior) to build relationships with high school and college educators and oversee articulation and academy delivery.

The role requires coordinating recruitment and enrollment of dual enrollment programs, providing feedback on curricula and assessments, and traveling to campuses and partner high schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Two years related work experience.
• One year Supervisory/Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor high school teachers and coordinate dual enrollment academies.
• Meet with teachers onsite and virtually to verify articulation content and outcomes.
• Develop recruitment, enrollment and completion of dual enrollment academies.
• Provide feedback on curricular content, rigor, assessments, and grading standards.
• Travel to Northwood Tech campuses and high schools within the region.
