Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in mental health or related field.
• Must hold or be eligible for WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC).
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing trauma, substance use, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions per DSM-5 guidelines.
• Deliver program services and clinical care under supervision of BH Clinical Director.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy and maintain treatment plans and progress notes.
• Maintain confidential, compliant documentation and records.
