Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care and safe medication assistance under nurse supervision. The role supports daily living activities, keeps residents' rooms clean, and helps with meals and accessibility.

Responsibilities include ADL support, infection control, and collaboration with nursing staff to promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred CNA, CMA certification and CPR.
• Experience 0-1 years in resident care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication under supervision of a Nurse and document accordingly.
• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and supervision of daily living activities.
• Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and assist with meals and feeding.
