Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Graham, NC is seeking a Dually Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP & PMHNP) to provide integrated primary care and psychiatric services to adults with IDD and SMI in a low-volume, high-touch setting. The role combines clinic visits, residential home visits, and approved telehealth; includes 2 in-person days and 3 remote days with weekend on-call coverage.

Candidates should hold NC NP license and dual board certification, with DEA and practice agreement; 6+ months experience

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP license.
• Dual board certification as FNP and PMHNP.
• Active DEA registration and NC Collaborative Practice Agreement.
• 6+ months of experience preferred; new graduates with dual certification welcome to apply.
• Experience with IDD and SMI populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Must pass background checks and credentialing screenings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluations for adults with IDD and SMI.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic primary care and psychiatric conditions.
• Develop integrated treatment plans and manage complex medication regimens.
• Provide preventive healthcare education and health screenings.
• Assess safety risks and coordinate emergency or specialty referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across care settings.
• Deliver services via in-person visits, residential visits, and approved telehealth.
