Job summary

Strategic Interventions is seeking a Board Certified PMHNP in North Carolina for a 1099 contractor role in Marion, NC. The NP will provide psychiatric and medical assessments and coordinate with medical providers to monitor medications for adults with severe mental illness.

The position requires at least 1 year of NP experience with severely mentally ill adults; 3–5 years preferred and possible clinical supervision experience. Travel within community settings is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina with a Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least one year of NP experience with severely mentally ill adults; 3–5 years preferred. Clinical supervision experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment.
• Engage in medication evaluation, management, and education for ACTT members.
