DTLA Paralegal - Personal InjuryPlaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal - Personal Injury to join their Downtown Los Angeles office. The Paralegal - Personal Injury must have a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience and be proficient with drafting litigation documents, discovery, trial preparation, calendaring, and California state and federal court procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Paralegal - Personal Injury Responsibilities

• Draft motions, oppositions, mediation briefs, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and case development.
• Maintain and calendar hearings, motions, discovery deadlines, and trial dates.
• Assist with all phases of trial preparation, including coordinating experts, depositions, trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and subpoenas.
• Manage litigation files, e‑file documents in state and federal court, and ensure compliance with California court rules and procedures.
