Tillys is hiring a DTG Printer Operator to support our Distribution team in a fast-paced, production-focused setting. You will operate automated DTG printing equipment, perform garment prep and quality checks, and help ensure orders meet schedules and standards.
Work on-site in our Distribution Centers supporting retail and eCommerce operations. Prior experience with DTG printing is a plus, along with basic math and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive DTG Printer Operator to support our Distribution team in producing high-quality printed garments in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
This individual will operate automated digital printing equipment, perform garment preparation and quality checks, and help ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently according to production schedules and established standards.
A typical day may include:
Perform DTG-related tasks, including but not limited to picking and staging orders, inspecting garments, and drying garments.
Set up and operate DTG machinery, including but not limited to DTG printers, pad printers, and garment dryers.
Review job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, and special printing instructions.
Your experience brings:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a commitment to supporting team members.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business SOPs and processes.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience in a production environment.
Experience with DTG printing is a plus.

On-site position in a typical warehouse environment with moderate noise exposure.
Ability to perform medium-sized physical labor, including lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching while working in a warehouse environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 40 lbs.
Ability to occasionally climb or balance and kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to distinguish colors and inspect materials on products.
