Job summary

Life is Good is seeking a hands-on printer operator to run our direct-to-garment production line in Hudson, NH. You will operate state-of-the-art DTG printers, ensure prints meet quality standards, and keep the equipment clean and well-maintained.

A strong eye for color and accuracy helps ensure every garment reflects our brand promise. You will work on multiple shifts (weekday and weekend options) and contribute to timely production while safety rules and housekeeping are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operate DTG printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on Life is Good garments.
• Meet hourly output targets to keep production on schedule.
• Inspect each finished print for quality and accuracy before moving to the next stage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular cleaning on printing equipment.
• Communicate immediately with the team to resolve misprints or quality issues.
• Identify color differences and variations to catch issues at the source.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Follow safety procedures every shift and learn new production technologies as introduced.
