Life is Good is seeking a hands-on DTG printer operator to run our direct-to-garment equipment on-site in Hudson, NH. You will ensure high-quality prints, maintain printers, and help the production line meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes color accuracy, proactive communication with the team, and a commitment to safe, efficient workflow while contributing to our social mission and on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in basic English.
• Attention to color accuracy and print quality.
• Willingness to work on-site in NH.

Responsibilities

• Operate DTG printing equipment to produce quality prints on Life is Good garments.
• Meet hourly output targets to keep production on schedule.
• Inspect every finished print for quality and accuracy.
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular cleaning on printing equipment.
