Job summary

Grunt Style LLC. is seeking a Production Assistant to support garment decoration operations across printing, finishing, and material handling. The role assists press operators, monitors quality, and helps maintain steady production flow in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work on 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), handle material prep and staging, and use barcode systems to track workflow. Hands‑on exposure to DTG and screen printing is provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to safety procedures and PPE as required.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Fold, finish, and package printed apparel to meet daily quotas.
• Operate heat presses and ensure proper placement and dwell time.
• Pick and stage blank garments, transfers, and materials using barcode scanners.
• Replenish ink, pretreatment, and consumables for DTG presses as directed.
• Keep press stations stocked with screens, squeegees, and garments for support.
• Track job progress using barcode scanners or tablets.
• Support press operators by replacing blanks or swapping supplies as needed.
