Job summary

Life is Good in Hudson, NH is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to run our direct-to-garment printing equipment. You’ll ensure prints meet quality standards, hit hourly output targets, and keep the DTG machines clean and well-maintained.

You’ll work on one of several shifts (Tue–Fri, or Tue–Fri 4-2:30pm, or Sat–Mon 5:30am–5:30pm or 5:30pm–5:30am), with on-site benefits including a gym, comprehensive health plans, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred, not required
• Ability to read and communicate in basic English
• Hands-on work with machines and details required

Responsibilities

• Operate DTG printing equipment to produce prints on Life is Good garments
• Meet hourly output targets to keep production on schedule
• Inspect every finished print for quality and accuracy
• Perform preventative maintenance and regular cleaning on printing equipment
• Communicate issues with the dryer folder team to resolve problems quickly
• Identify color differences and variations to catch issues
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and daily housekeeping
• Follow all safety procedures each shift
• Be open to learning new production technologies and workflows
