Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Social Commerce Manager to lead growth across DTC and TikTok Shop. This role owns end-to-end P&L and transforms TikTok Shop into a scalable growth engine, leveraging creator ecosystems and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The hybrid role is based in Ewing, NJ or NYC, with in-person attendance required on select days. A strategic operator with strong execution, analytics, and stakeholder management will thrive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, or eCommerce leadership.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling multi-million dollar digital P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow DTC and TikTok Shop P&L, including revenue, margin, demand creation, and OPEX.
• Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop operations and performance optimization.
• Scale TikTok Shop into a repeatable growth engine with creator and affiliate ecosystems.
• Drive site merchandising, UX/UI optimization, and conversion improvements across digital properties.
