Job summary

Sun Pharma seeks a dynamic Manager of DTC Ecommerce & Social Commerce to drive direct-to-consumer growth, overseeing website merchandising, CRM programs, and the launch of TikTok Shop. You will partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics and Technology to optimize customer experience, retention and revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in DTC ecommerce, hands-on leadership, and strong CRM expertise, with travel between Hawthorne and Princeton. Hybrid work is expected in this United States location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in DTC ecommerce or related consumer brand roles.
• Experience managing at least one direct report or demonstrated people leadership capability; able to operate hands-on in a lean team.
• Experience launching or operating TikTok Shop or another social commerce channel.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable CRM platforms; familiarity with ecommerce analytics, experimentation and site platforms.
• Strong analytical, project-management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to work with agencies and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Own daily website merchandising and promotional execution, including navigation, pages, banners and content updates.
• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, SMS and other owned channels.
• Lead cross-functional launch and ongoing management of TikTok Shop and social commerce efforts.
• Monitor CRM health, KPIs and retention metrics; manage marketing technology and agency relationships.
• Partner with Paid Media, Brand, Creative, Analytics and Technology to align plans and deliverables.
