Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc in the United States is seeking a Manager of DTC Ecommerce & Social Commerce to drive day-to-day execution and growth of the direct-to-consumer ecommerce business, starting with Proactiv and potential other brands.

You will own website merchandising, CRM programs, and the launch and management of TikTok Shop, coordinating with multiple teams and reporting to the Director of DTC & E-Commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years in DTC ecommerce or related consumer brand roles.
• Ownership of ecommerce site operations and campaigns.
• Experience launching TikTok Shop or social commerce.
• Travel between Hawthorne and Princeton sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own daily website merchandising and readiness.
• Lead integrated DTC promotional and content calendar from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations and external vendors to fix site issues.
• Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities via customer journey analysis.
• Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS and other channels.
• Use customer insights to improve repeat purchase, CLV and retention.
• Oversee campaigns, briefs, creative, targeting, deployment and measurement.
• Manage one direct report and develop the team.
• Create repeatable workflows and reporting for scalable operations.
