Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Analyst to grow the direct-to-consumer business through performance tracking, initiative planning and model support.

You will work with Revenue & Engagement Planning, Pricing & Yield, DTC Strategy and other teams to build insights from large data sets, create clear presentations, and influence leadership decisions while navigating a dynamic streaming landscape.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of relevant finance/strategy experience in media or DTC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to distill complex analyses.
• Advanced Excel modeling and large data set analysis.
• Familiarity with subscription/DTC KPIs.
• Experience in media/entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support subscriber forecast processes and key underlying assumptions.
• Collaborate with key operational support teams and ensure alignment on KPIs.
• Support strategic ad hoc analysis to highlight KPI trends, opportunities / risks to plan.
• Maintain an understanding of operating performance and trends in the streaming business.
• Develop presentation materials that convey projections, performance and risks to leadership.
