Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in sales, customer service, or golf industry.
• Passion for golf and knowledge of golf clubs.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office preferred.
• Strong communication with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to explain products, orders, and solutions via phone and email.
• Technical aptitude to learn Titleist order management and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and customer experience focus.
• Office environment; ability to sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product guidance to golfers and drive sales.
• Schedule fitting appointments and manage orders with precision.
• Resolve complex service needs and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Regional Fitting Leaders and Fitting Specialists to exceed expectations.
