Acushnet Company, home to Titleist, is seeking a Direct to Consumer Sales Specialist in Carlsbad, CA. You will connect one-on-one with golfers, provide expert product guidance, and drive custom club sales while scheduling fittings and managing orders.

Collaborate with fitting leaders, use Salesforce/SAP, and deliver world-class service to strengthen the Titleist brand with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or the golf industry.
• Passion for golf and knowledge of the golf clubs product category.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to clearly explain products, orders, and solutions to golfers via phone and email.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn Titleist order management and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work in an office environment and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product guidance and personalized recommendations to golfers.
• Assist golfers with orders, fitting appointments, and service needs.
• Drive custom club sales and manage fitting scheduling and order management.
• Collaborate with Regional Fitting Leaders to ensure high-value customer experiences.
