Acushnet Company seeks a Direct to Consumer Sales Specialist to connect with dedicated golfers, offering expert product guidance and seamless support. You will drive custom club sales, help schedule fittings, manage orders, and resolve complex service needs to enhance the Titleist golfer experience.

Working with Regional Fitting Leaders, you will ensure interactions exceed expectations while using Salesforce, SAP, and eCommerce tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Passion for golf and knowledge of golf clubs.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage one-on-one with golfers, provide expert product guidance and personalized recommendations.
• Drive club sales, schedule fittings, manage orders, and resolve service needs.
• Collaborate with Regional Fitting Leaders and Specialists to exceed expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce, SAP and eCommerce platforms to support the customer journey.
