Ladders seeks a DT SAP Production Planning Technical/Functional Analyst (Remote) to join our team in the Aerospace & Defense space. You will support planning and production systems landscape, driving process improvements and resolving issues across integrated applications.

The role partners with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions, contributing to ERP initiatives including a major S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 8+ years IT experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning configuration experience; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with analytical capabilities.
• Project management experience is essential.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to restricted systems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities in operations systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring integration with other applications.
• Support the SAP ECC environment and ongoing production-related projects.

For our client, we are seeking a DT SAP Production Planning Technical/Functional Analyst (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will support the planning and production systems landscape, with a focus on improving operational processes and resolving issues across integrated applications. The analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions that support broader enterprise objectives. This position also plays a key role in ERP-related initiatives, including a major S/4 HANA transformation effort. Location: Remote Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities in operations systems
