Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, read cues, personalize service, and promote the DSW Loyalty program.
2. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe environment; handle merchandise, organize stockroom, and ensure standards are met.
3. Product Fulfillment: Complete all fulfillment functions, including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and preparing for pickup/delivery.
4. Transaction Handling: Process transactions accurately, operate registers, and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
5. Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills
