Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer product questions and complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure a neat, safe shopping environment, including clearing trash, cleaning, and organizing merchandise and stockroom.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare, and display merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Fulfillment: Complete all functions of order fulfillment, including locating, inspecting, packaging, and labeling products.
• Customer Transactions: Process transactions accurately, operate registers, and partner with leadership for escalated issues.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills:

• Ability to move quickly to meet expectations.

• Proficiency with technology (registers, devices, calculators).
