Role Overview

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of DSW, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting sales initiatives. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Customer Experience Leader to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers, offering personalized service and promoting the DSW Loyalty program.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
3. Receive and organize merchandise, complete markdowns, and manage stockroom organization.
4. Support digital and in-store fulfillment processes, including locating and preparing products for pickup or delivery.
5. Handle customer transactions accurately and follow all asset protection policies.
6. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills and store performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Availability to meet the business needs, including flexible hours.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency with technology such as registers, smartphones, and calculators.
• No previous retail experience required.

Additional Information
