Key Responsibilities

Personalized Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly, read cues, and tailor service to their needs.
• Promote and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
• Assist with product questions and complete transactions, including digital orders.

Maintaining a Positive Shopping Environment

• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including floors, stockrooms, and restrooms.
• Receive freight, stock shelves, complete markdowns, and organize inventory.

In-Store and Digital Service Support

• Fulfill orders, locate products, inspect, package, and prepare for pickup/delivery.
• Utilize company tools to check product availability and assist customers.

Customer Transactions and Asset Protection

• Handle transactions accurately, operate registers, and provide correct change.
• Partner with leadership for escalated service issues.
• Follow all asset protection policies.

Team Engagement

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
• Support a team environment that values inclusivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Availability to meet the needs of the store.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with technology (registers, mobile devices, calculators).
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
