Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, personalize service, and promote the DSW Loyalty program.
2. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe environment, handle merchandise, and organize stockroom according to standards.
3. Fulfillment: Complete all functions related to order fulfillment, including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling.
4. Customer Transactions: Operate registers accurately, handle cash, and partner with leadership for escalated issues.
5. Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

• Good communication skills and proficiency with store technology.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
