Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience. Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking according to DSW standards.
• Complete all functions of the fulfillment process including locating items, inspecting condition, packaging, and labeling for pickup/delivery.
• Use company tools to search product availability and assist customers.
• Follow all asset protection policies and procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately, operate the register, and handle cash responsibly.
• Partner with the CEL for escalated customer service issues.
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training, support an inclusive team environment, and be receptive to feedback.
