Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Loyalty Program: Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Sales & Transactions: Answer questions, complete sales and digital orders accurately.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, stocking, and organization.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and display merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Fulfillment & Digital Services: Complete all functions related to order fulfillment, use company tools to check product availability, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Customer Service: Handle transactions accurately, operate registers, partner with leadership for escalations, and follow asset protection policies.
• Team Participation: Participate in team meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.
