Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, read cues, personalize service, and promote the DSW Loyalty program.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including cleaning, organizing stock, and managing merchandise.
• Product Handling: Receive freight, stock shelves, complete markdowns, and organize the stockroom.
• In-Store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, locate products, and use company tools for customer service.
• Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle cash, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive environment.

Pay Range:

The estimated pay range is $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, based on various factors including experience and location. Benefits are not included in this range but may be available.
