Position Overview

Reports to: Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, read cues, and personalize their shopping experience.
• Share and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
• Assist with product questions and complete transactions, including digital orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including restocking, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Fulfill online orders, prepare merchandise, and ensure readiness for pickup or delivery.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and follow all asset protection policies.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Skills

• Availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with store technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand or walk up to 100% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Experience

No previous retail experience is required.

Compensation
