Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, share loyalty program benefits, and complete transactions.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including cleaning, stocking, and housekeeping tasks.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and display merchandise, and organize stockroom.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools to search product availability, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Customer Transactions and Asset Protection: Process transactions accurately, follow policies, and partner with leadership for escalated issues.
• Team Participation: Engage in meetings, training, and support a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with technology (registers, devices).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100%, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Experience:

No previous retail experience required.
