Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions about products and complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.

Maintain a positive shopping environment: Keep the store neat, clean, and safe. This includes trash removal, returning shoes to their locations, cleaning, and organizing the stockroom.

• Receive inbound freight, prepare, and display merchandise according to standards, complete markdowns, and maintain stockroom organization.

Leverage in-store and digital services: Complete fulfillment functions, locate items, inspect products, and ensure readiness for pickup/delivery. Use company tools to check product availability and perform other duties as assigned.

Customer transactions and asset protection: Follow policies, ensure accuracy in cash handling, operate the register, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Bring fun and energy: Participate in team meetings, be open to coaching, and support inclusivity.
